Please read them carefully, and fully understand the content and legal implications of these Terms before using our Services, especially the clauses that exclude or limit the liability of the Website and exclude or restrict the rights and interests of the Users.
If a User does not accept all the terms and conditions outlined by these Terms, they are not permitted to use the Services offered by Qryptocard.com. Should the User disagree with the contents of these Terms or decline to acknowledge our unilateral right to amend these Terms at any time, the User must immediately discontinue usage and cease access to the website and services.
Our Services
Qryptocard.com provides a platform that facilitates the issuance and usage of prepaid virtual debit cards or physical cards funded with cryptocurrencies, enabling Users to convert cryptocurrencies into euros to spend on various merchant locations. Our services include card issuance, cryptocurrency conversion, and related features.
Qryptocard.com provides and facilitates the acquisition and use of gift cards from various popular brands and retailers with cryptocurrencies.
Legal Age and Minority
In order to be able to use our Website and Services, you must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age for your country or location to be legally capable of entering contracts. By using our Website and Services, you acknowledge and warrant that all these eligibility requirements are met.
In the event that we find out that you do not meet the minimum legal age for entering contracts or that you are not legally capable for any reason, we will immediately terminate providing you with our Services or any access to the Website.

Fees and Charges
Certain fees and charges may apply to the use of our services, including but not limited to card issuance fees, transaction fees, and currency conversion fees. By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges as set forth on our website or as otherwise communicated to you.
The fee associated with the virtual card creation is 5$. The fee associated with the card loading is 4% Exchange fees may apply if purchases are made on a device other than the card's original device.

Security
While cryptocurrency services remain unregulated, we diligently fulfill essential obligations related to financial crime prevention and anti-money laundering when offering our Services to you.
Also ensuring the security of your virtual Qrypto debit card or gift cards is of utmost importance. You bear responsibility for all transactions initiated. Unauthorized access to virtual Qrypto debit card or gift cards can lead to serious consequences, including financial ones. Ultimately, maintaining the security of your virtual Qrypto debit card or gift card entails the following practices:
Try to create a robust password for your crypto wallet, and crypto apps, payment apps, and ensure your phone is at all times password-protected.
Enable the 2-factor authentication method anytime you have this option available for all devices and apps.
Secure your virtual Qrypto debit card with a PIN and other unique identifiers.
Log out of crypto-related apps, crypto wallets, payment apps, etc. when not in use.
Refraining from sharing sensitive data referring to your payment apps, crypto wallets, and crypto apps with others.
Keeping your email accounts secure at all times.
If you suspect that your mobile device or Qrypto debit card login details have been lost, stolen, or accessed without authorization, it is imperative to contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please note that we will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your email account.
KYC Verification and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
At Qryptocard.com, we understand the importance of privacy and user anonymity. We respect your right to maintain anonymity and privacy while using our services, therefore you don't pay KYC while respecting the rules and regulations in force. For transfers and top-ups under $1000, we operate under a non-KYC (Know Your Customer) policy.
Users can transfer funds and top-up their virtual debit card without the requirement of providing personal identification or undergoing KYC procedures for transactions amounting to less than $1000. The non-KYC policy applies strictly to transactions under $1000. For transactions this exceeding limit, Users may be required to undergo KYC verification as per regulatory requirements. While we uphold user privacy, we reserve the right to monitor transactions for any suspicious activities or potential fraud, irrespective of the transaction amount. This is to ensure the security and integrity of our Website and protect our Users from fraudulent activities. Users are responsible for ensuring that their transactions comply with local regulations and laws. Any misuse or illegal activity detected will result in immediate suspension/termination of the User's account and appropriate legal action as deemed necessary.
By utilizing our Website and Services for transfers and top-ups under $1000, Users implicitly agree to abide by the terms of our non-KYC policy.

IP rights
All content and materials that are available or can be seen on the Qryptocard.com website, including but not limited to logos, images, audio, video, or software, are the property of Qryptocard.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and common law, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qryptocard.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; or from any conduct or content of any third party on our services; or from unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your networks, devices or content. We provide our services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As we lack control over the services or products you purchase via your Qrypto debit card or gift card or the content you access using your crypto wallets, or crypto apps, we bear no responsibility for them whatsoever.
Regarding any claims, our liability to you will be limited to any amounts you have remitted to us in the 12 months preceding your claim. In the event you have not remitted any payments to us, we shall not be held liable to you for any claims arising from the provision of the provided Services.
In any circumstance, we shall not be accountable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or that arises from your failure to comply with these Terms.
Termination
Qryptocard.com may terminate or suspend without prior notice, at its sole discretion, and with immediate effect the access to the Website or the providing of Services, to any User. We may also take this decision when we receive from the User false or misleading information, or we notice a breach of our Terms, or we suspect the existence of fraudulent acts, or we may be obligated to take such action to adhere to a court order , legal mandate, regulation, regulatory decree, or ombudsman's directives, or when our interests are endangered.
